Mostly I don’t do anything particular, just record at a low resolution, but I have a cool tip to make really retro-looking gifs: If you open your gif in Gimp and hit Image>Mode>Indexed you get a little menu, where you can choose “positioned” under the dithering option to get a very PS1-like screen dithering effect!
The programmer, Erik, has been hard at work and made some incredibly cool features too, and I’m really excited to show you enemy pathfinding, Z-targeting, sidejumps, etc.!
